The Lacto-Vegetarian Diet 

This is a type of vegetarian diet that includes plants (such as vegetables, grains, nuts, roots and fruits) and dairy products. No other products that come from animals, including eggs, nor even fish or seafood are allowed. 

People following a lacto-vegetarian diet are called Lacto-Vegetarians.
