THE INGREDIENTS

This is an entirely made to order homemade artisanal product, using all fresh ingredients. 
The dough is kneaded manually (handmade) and slowly dried, using traditional methods (natural airflow). 
 

The pasta colors are obtained from veggies or fruit purees, spices, and/or other natural food colorants. 
Our products do not contain artificial aroma additives or synthetic food colorants.

⁣         natural chicken eggs,⁣ 

⁣         beetroot for the red color, 

⁣         a pinch of salt for good taste and, of course,⁣

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

This Pasta has natural colors, fragrances and flavors and tastes just like Grandma's old school homemade Pasta was, back in the day... 

Cook it like any other pasta (i.e. boil until softens) and add grated cheese, a bit of butter, or some light sauces, or use it in pasta salads, or even get it into the oven.
